Why pay for water you don’t use !!!
Households only pay for what is used. Why pay for households that have higher water demands than yourself ‘user pays’.
As evidenced by peak authority bodies like Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and CSIRO the cost of water is increasing and this trend is set to continue.
Don’t be held accountable for significant water issues outside of your property like others bad habits or leaking taps. This may run into the $1000’s.
Entire complex becomes water efficient and much more environmentally responsible.
Opportunity through due processes (i.e. AGM) to develop the complex into a ‘greener’ complex.

The flagship water report conducted by the CSIRO states that Perth and Brisbane could face a tenfold increase in water costs over the next 25 years if nothing is done (CSIRO, 2006).
In an overview of CPI movements in 2013 the most significant price rise this September quarter was for water and sewerage (+9.9%), (ABS, 2013).
